How to use the Yume App

We’re here to guide you every step of the way! On this page, you’ll find all the basics to help you get started with Yume quickly and easily. Just a few clicks, and you’re ready to begin your personal growth journey. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!

Step one

Welcome to Yume! You’re all set and ready to begin your journey to a better you. On the main screen, you can choose from three sections.

  • Life Coach – listen to nearly 20 hours of audio focused on personal growth and mental well-being.

  • Challenges – 6-month themed programs on topics like confidence, digital detox, mindfulness and more.

  • Practical Zone – each audio session comes with powerful questions and coaching tools to deepen your progress.

Step two

Choose the topic you need right now.

Each of the 6 topics includes 9 audio sessions designed to support your personal growth and mental well-being. Feel free to listen to any session at your own pace – and as many times as you need.

Our audio sessions are designed to be experienced with full attention — that’s why background playback is disabled. Give yourself a moment of undisturbed focus. Turn off your phone’s auto-lock so nothing breaks your flow.

Every topic also comes with a practical section full of questions and techniques to help you apply what you’ve heard. You’ll find the link to it directly under each topic.

Step three

Practical Section – turn insight into action.
You can access the practical section through the navigation menu, the tile on the home screen, or directly from the Life Coach area.

There are 6 topics (same as in Life Coach), and each one includes 9 subtopics linked to the audio sessions. Inside each section, you’ll find :

  • coaching questions to help you reflect deeply
  • NLP techniques to support mindset shifts and habit change


Feel free to return anytime and go through the exercises at your own pace. Your personal growth journey is truly in your hands.

Step four

Daily Challenges – one step at a time toward a better you.

Here you’ll find 6 unique 30-day challenges focused on various personal growth and mental wellness topics.

Each day brings you one small task designed to help you grow. Tasks unlock gradually, day by day, so you can build habits and create real change.

At the end of each challenge, you’ll receive a badge and a feel-good certificate – a little reminder that you’re investing in yourself.

Settings and profile

In the top left corner, you’ll find your profile where you can update your name, profile picture, switch between dark and light mode, and personalize the app to suit you.

In the top right corner, you can choose which notifications you want to receive – like challenge reminders or new audio drops. That way, you’ll never miss a thing.

Manage subscription

If you’re using an iPhone or iPad.

  • on the home screen, tap „Choose a plan“
  • enter the email you used to register
  • tap „Cancel subscription“
  • you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  • your access will continue until the end of your current plan or the 7-day free trial

If you’re using Android.

  • go to your account settings
  • tap the „Subscriptions“ icon
  • you’ll see your active plan – click on it
  • tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner and choose „Cancel subscription“
  • a confirmation email will follow, and the app will remain accessible until your current plan or trial ends
